What is your Return Policy?

At Wildfront Venture, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made our return and refund process clear and straightforward.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept return requests after this 30-day period.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wildfront Venture will cover the return shipping cost and provide the applicable return instructions or prepaid return label.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order information along with photos or videos showing the issue when applicable.

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Wildfront Venture will cover the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will provide an applicable full refund or replacement, including any original shipping costs where applicable.

The 25% restocking fee does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the product cost will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Depending on your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, it may take up to 20 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If more than 20 days have passed after your approved refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@wildfrontventure.com.

6. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies only to eligible change-of-mind returns.

The restocking fee does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.
