At Wildfront Venture, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We'll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we'll issue either a full refund or a replacement — including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You'll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it's been over 14 business days since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, contact us at support@wildfrontventure.com and we'll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This fee does not apply to items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect — those qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

Built to handle the harshest environments, the Evolution V2 XL pairs a lightweight extruded aluminum perimeter frame with a structural honeycomb top panel.

  • Insulated Tri-Layer Fabric: The tent body utilizes a sonic-welded, moisture-wicking, poly-cotton filled Tri-Layer ripstop fabric. Performing just like a high-end down winter jacket, it traps heat during freezing winters and blocks ambient heat during hot summer trips.

  • AirFlow Ventilation: FSR’s signature ventilation system includes zip-closed internal vent covers. Seal them completely to shut out freezing drafts, or leave them wide open to maximize fresh airflow and completely eliminate morning condensation.

Customizable AirCore Comfort

The XL model comes standard with an upgraded AirCore mattress that allows you to manually adjust the internal pressure from soft to firm. When deflated for travel, the low-profile mattress leaves extra interior clearance, allowing you to store sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows directly inside the tent when closed.

Massive Storage System & LED Lighting

  • Mini Adventure Vaults: Built-in internal storage pockets line every side of the tent for small electronics, while oversized overhead "dump" pockets easily store bulky jackets, sweatshirts, and trail gear.
