What is your Return Policy?

At Wildfront Venture, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We'll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we'll issue either a full refund or a replacement — including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You'll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it's been over 14 business days since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, contact us at support@wildfrontventure.com and we'll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This fee does not apply to items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect — those qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

The Gumotex SEAWAVE 14'11" is the ultimate versatile touring and sea kayak. Featuring a long, narrow profile, this high-performance boat glides seamlessly through the water, offering exceptional speed and tracking.

Engineered with a modular cockpit design, the SEAWAVE can be adapted effortlessly from a 3-person configuration down to a 2-person or solo 1-person kayak simply by moving the adjustable seats. Handcrafted with precision by Gumotex from eco-friendly natural rubber, it delivers professional-grade rigid tracking in a lightweight, packable format.

Predestined for Waves & Rough Seas

Add an optional spray deck, and the SEAWAVE transforms into a certified sea kayak capable of navigating swell and waves generated by force 3 to 6 winds.

  • Curved Hull Tech: Hand-assembled with a pronounced curvature under the side tubes, the hull fluidly rides over ascending and descending wave lines rather than slamming into them.

  • High Voluminous Bow: Features a massive 40 cm bow rocker—5 to 10 cm higher than standard inflatable touring kayaks. Backed by three inner I-beams, the bow acts as a "plough-spreader," raising the tip quickly above rolling and small breaking waves.

Uncompromising Open-Water Safety Architecture

The SEAWAVE is uniquely engineered to bring you safely back to shore even in worst-case scenario punctures:

  • Punctured Side Tubes? The high-pressure inflatable floor alone generates 180 liters of volume—yielding 175 kg of buoyancy. That is enough independent floatation to carry two 87 kg paddlers completely out of the water.

  • Punctured Floor? If the bottom deflates while using the optional spray deck, the four tensioned aluminum deck hoops force the side flanges outward. This prevents the floor from digging in, sinking your seat position by only 10 to 15 cm so you can keep paddling efficiently.

  • Self-Draining Capsize Recovery: Surrounded by a heavy-duty lifeline, the hull is designed so a swimmer can easily right it in open water. When rolled back over, water automatically evacuates through the horizontal 4 cm coamings, leaving the cockpit empty and ready for re-entry.

Premium NITRILON® Materials

Built for extreme longevity, the kayak is constructed from NITRILON®—a high-strength polyester fabric coated with outer synthetic rubber and an inner natural rubber blend. This heavy-duty skin boasts a tensile strength of minimum 3,000/3,000 N, making it fiercely resistant to abrasions, aging, UV degradation, and sharp shorelines.
